"Great Customer Service!"

I highly recommend this company. They are pleasant to deal with, friendly and affordable. I had a slab leak which Bryan and Ryan came out to survey. They surveyed the leak, which was in one of the worst places it probably could have been and fixed the issue. They were so nice and answered all my probably silly questions without hesitation.

My entire experience with AA Atlas was fantastic! I arranged a meeting day and time with Ian, and him and his partner showed up promptly (no huge ranges of time where you’re waiting around for them to arrive!). They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within minutes! I could tell they are great at what they do - true professionals. They answered all of my questions graciously. They also provided complimentary advice on a separate issue that will need to be fixed next. Fees were super reasonable. I am very thankful to have found a great local plumbing service and a great local plumber (Ian!) to meet the current and future needs of my business.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND AA ATLAS for all your plumbing, heating and ac needs. Great company, I'm glad I went with them. Very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, fair, efficient, punctual and professional employees. If you value all these qualities, then don't waste your time calling other companies. Great experience from the time I scheduled my estimate, scheduled my removal and install to completion of project. The day of my appointment technicians Eddie and Robert arrived 30 minutes early to prep floors and got to work right away. At the end of the day my family and I were happy campers and were happy to have found our new go to plumbing, heating and ac company. Thank you AA Atlas!!

My good fortune landed me on Atlas page this am as i was looking for help to repair a leak repair in bathroom faucet unit.

Jessica was awesome and did her magic to squeeze an early appt to accommodate my schedule. She said Ryan would arrive 11-1130 and sure enough, he arrived 11:20.

The minute I interacted with Ryan, I knew right away I found the correct fit. Ryan was courteous and professional. Without me even asking, he had shoe covers, mask and was organized with all the tools needed to do the job. He prepped the work area to protect customer 's home; and he took pride with his work. Furthermore, Ryan was good manner and explained everything he was doing. Since I saw how competent Ryan was, I asked Ryan if he could assist with changing out angle shut off valve that was incorrectly placed previously at the toilet. This was not part of the initial project. Instead of refusing or coming up with excuses as to why he couldn't do it, he welcomed the request with a smile.
After the job was completed, Ryan left my bathroom spotless.

I have dealt with so many plumbing companies in the past and by far Atlas is many cuts above.

In short, I have put AA Atlas in my secret file.
I highly recommend them for value, professionalism, and service with a smile. Although I surmised that other AA Atlas techs that will provide similar service, I would recommend you ask for Ryan. I give Ryan an A+.

Bryan came out next day (we had some scheduling conflicts) to service my heater. Turns out my gas was never turned on for my furnace. He serviced it, changed the filter and attached my nest thermostat that's been sitting in my closet for 6 months since we bought the house.

Over the years, I have had AA Atlas work on several jobs at my condo.  Each time, has been a positive experience and I am continually impressed with the customer service that they provide. I have to say, my latest experience was the best one yet!

On the 1st hot day of the season, I turned on my AC, only to find that it had stopped blowing cold air. So, I called AA Atlas. It turned out that the Freon had leaked from the AC unit. The technician, Eddie, did an awesome job explaining my options for fixing my AC. I decided to go ahead and find the leak and have it fixed. Chris, in the office, did an amazing job ordering the replacement part, ensuring a quick delivery and coordinating an installation day/time that worked around my busy schedule. Then on the day of installation, Eddie spent several hours working on my AC. He was a true professional who worked hard and kept a clean work area. I couldn't be happier. So, if you are having plumbing issues or need to have your AC serviced, I highly recommend that you contact this company.

I've reached out to AA Atlas for a few air conditioning issues and I was lucky enough to have Bryan come out both times. He's extremely professional, reliable, and I felt like a good friend I can trust. I know nothing about air conditioning but what I do know is that I can't live without it and I'm sure I can easily be swindled for dough but he didn't do that at all. AA Atlas is a great company to deal with. I needed help immediately, and they were able to come to my rescue in about 2 hours. Robert was a friendly and courteous person, and he was able to get me back on track so that I could have use of my hot water until I could get a new replacement faucet that initially caused the problem. He came back to install my new faucet and also replaced the inside of my Toto toilet so that it no longer leaked. Thank you for saving me!!

It went well. I've used AA Atlas for all of my plumbing problems and I've been happy with their work and prices. So, when I needed my heating and a/c ducts cleaned, I knew who to call. Krystal is always pleasant and professional--she set up an estimate-appointment. Bryan came out and explained the cleaning process. The estimate seemed a little high but, based on my past experience with the company, I knew it was fair. About a week later, Bryan brought Ian and the duct cleaning equipment. They said that it would take most of the day and it did. But, before they left they showed me before-and-after pictures of the inside of my ducts. It looked great and I was assured that the job was done right. Thanks, Krystal, Bryan and Ian. AA Atlas will now have my heating and a/c business, in addition to any plumbing work.

They were very prompt which we were really surprised especially during the heat. We were really pleased. It was something so minor and he could have said it was something major, and he didn't. We were really pleased with the service. It was very inexpensive. It was our first experience with them. I would recommend them for their timeliness, honesty, and good workmanship. I don't know what others would charge for that because we never had to call anybody for service before. I wasn't there myself, but my husband was quite happy.

Atlas searched for a hard to find shower cartridge and replaced it efficiently. Damien was prompt, kept us updated regarding our special order cartridge, was friendly and knowledgeable. The office also notified us when Damien was running late. We highly recommend AA Atlas.

"Amazing Service!"

Woke up to find water on the bathroom floor. I called AA Atlas Plumbing around 8 am and they said that someone would be out to take a look within an hour. In less than an hour Damian arrived and was able to diagnose the problem as a leaking water pipe in the slab. They were able to bypass the the bad pipe with a new one running up the walls and in the attic over to the other side of the house. Only two minor holes needed to be cut into the walls (one hole in the back of a closet and another under a sink cabinet) to make the repair and no cutting into the slab. They also replaced the main pressure regulator because the house water pressure was over 100 psi, which is too high. Damian found the problem fast and knew exactly how to fix it. A very professional job. I would not hesitate to call them again if I have another proble.
